First Fly-Fishing Video Social Community Site, HOOK.tv, Launches Along With TV Series

Castle Creek Productions has announced the launch of HOOK.tv, a new "broadband TV channel and social community site devoted to the sport of fly-fishing." Castle Creek also announced the launch of its first TV series, HOOK.tv Adventure Guides, premiering April 7.

HOOK.tv founder and CEO John Dietsch is best known as the mastermind behind the fly-fishing scenes in Robert Redford's A River Runs Through It, a film that galvanized the fly fishing industry upon its release. Professional fly-fishing content will be produced by Castle Creek for broadcast on HOOK.tv as well as cable television. HOOK.tv users will also be able to upload their own videos, create personalized channels, and network with other fly-fishing enthusiasts.
